I-24 / I-75 junction town. Compact 1950s-60s ranch attics, Ringgold Road lots, tight access for attic work.
Red Bank
Dayton Blvd and Stringer's Ridge. Older cottages, oak canopy, creek corridors. Chimney and soffit entries are common.
Signal Mountain
Elevation, hardwoods, Taft Highway approaches. Chimney bats in summer, cooler nights, wildlife moving off Prentice Cooper.
Soddy Daisy
Chickamauga Lake and Highway 27. More rural outbuildings, barns, and crawlspaces than in-town Chattanooga.
